"Hotel is quite dated and our rooms had wiring issues (aircon and lights) and the staff had to call the technician 4 times over our 5 night stay. The pool while big was not very clean. The elevators can take up to 10 minutes. On the plus side their is a kids play area and the buffet breakfast is extensive."

"Beautiful blend of warm woods and stones used in a transitional modern way to create beautiful design throughout the hotel - common spaces and rooms. Art carried into the rooms that were comfortable and spacious. Modern amenities (USB-C, smart light panels, automated blinds), great plumbing fixtures and water pressure, reasonably priced room service surpassing taste expectations. "The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast selection is huge. We had a slight problem, our fault but the manageress Maria, went above and beyond to assist us and was a great help to us. The whole staff here in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again"
