"I found the service apartment well maintained and the basic amenities provided have been well thought through. The front desk was also helpful and polite. It is at a stones throw away from Bencoolen MRT station and there are some very good food , grocery options within a 3-4 minute walk. I would rate these service apartments highly."

"Our family of 4 spent 6 nights at Park Avenue Clemenceau and we were very happy with the accommodation and amenities. We booked a two bedroom apartment and it was so spacious. Staff were very helpful. Coffee machine at a reception was a nice touch. Amazing location and MRT station just few minutes away. "

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer selbst sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man teilweise etwas), allerdings gab es keine Defekte o.ä. Ein Punkt, den ich weniger gut fand, ist die Aufteilung der Standard-Suiten. Ja, es gibt zwei WCs, was erst mal super ist. Allerdings ist das Bad nur durch eine Tür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, zum Schlafzimmer aber mehr oder weniger offen. Ja, die Glasscheiben, die das Bad vom Schlafzimmer trennen,...

"This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again."
