"Mi esposo y yo fuimos a esa zona para asistir a una boda de unos amigos y yo personalmente quede atónita (nunca había estado en una montaña en europa). Cerca del hotel hay una estacion de telefericos apra subir al pico de una montaña donde la gente va a esquiar, subimos y comimos por ahi y las vistas fueron espectaculares, el clima hermoso soleado todo lleno de nieve pero precioso. "The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
