"Boutique hotel central Siem Reap, walking distance to Pub street, old market. Rooms spacious and comfortable, AC works well (sometimes hot water doesn't). Two swimming pools, rarely busy. Staff great (including resident cat). If you forego housekeeping for 3 days (not necessarily consecutive) you get a discount coupon at the restaurant ~$US7.50. "

"The room AC didn’t work for two nights and was fixed only on the third day. This is in high humidity 95+ (fahrenheit) heat where it’s best to come to the hotel to relax in the afternoon. The front desk staff was not sympathetic at all, not immediately offering to give another room for the night, exactly opposite of the attitude expected from someone in the hospitality industry.
And then there was a cockroach in the room."
