Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. "We really enjoyed our time here! My family fished off the back deck for a good portion of the trip. It was about 5 miles from Rockport's public beach access. Our party had 9 people and we stayed here 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Of note, the third bedroom with the bunkbeds was a separate downstairs room from the house, with a separate entrance, key, and bathroom. This room also has a small AC unit and remains much warmer than the rest...
