"Centrally located oasis with lovely pool, bar and restaurant. Arrived early and we were accommodated with a ready room, and shuttle arranged to take us very efficiently to the airport day of our departure (only a 10-15 min drive away). Staff very professional - even down to tour of the included breakfast, which included hot food options and a beautiful spread of options. Would recommend!"

"Great hotel, very clean and good amenities (spa is a plus, with sauna and jacuzzi). My only suggestion would be to increase the internal pool and jacuzzi’s water temperature, since is was unusual cold weather for this time of the year. "

"This is a really nice hotel in a great location with a wonderfully helpful and courteous staff. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay in Ponta Delgada. The whole place is well maintained and in terrific shape. The breakfast was nice and had a lot more variety than several other places I’ve stayed at in The Açores. Everything was really good. There’s also free parking nearby. It’s located on a very narrow street, so just take care when checking in and out....

"Beautiful gardens and decor of hotel was great, particularly enjoyed thermal pools and the bar. Only disappointing part was we missed two days of our stay due to delays with flights so ended up losing out on a considerable amount of money. We did however get engaged in the gardens here during our stay so we will hopefully return in future to relive the moment!"
