"Magnifique !"

"On the positive side, we had one of the 3 suites and the room was spacious and the view of the sea was nice. However the suites are directly attached to the restaurant, which was rented out for private events. Every night there was a private event with DJ. Basically it was like a nightclub. If extremely loud dance music until 1:30 in the morning is not your idea of a relaxing vacation, then don't stay here. Then at 7:30 am the piano player starts playing in the breakfast restaurant directly...

"The building is modern and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and the air con nice and quiet. Best asset is it has a outside pool, which are rare in Central Palermo. The downside was the pool was on the roof with no shade and no umbrellas. Unless you like being roasted alive, you can only use the pool area early or late in the day. You are also required to buy a swimming cap to go in the pool. A taxi from the centre of town to the hotel cost us €25 but there are buses to the railway...

"Room was dark and dingy, mattress felt like rocks, liquid soap came out of the body lotion container, no other toiletries, only one extra pillow for two guests, TV did not work, could hear water running thru the walls (guessing it was when others flushed or showered? gross!) had to take the breakfast to go and it was embarrassing! hardly worth two euros never mind the actual 16 euros we paid for it. reception gave bad info about restaurant and bus stop (would have missed our flight if we hadn't...

"Hardly anything for vegetarians during the breakfast and hard pillows. Some random guy kept coming to my room every day knock and enter and when he realises i am in he says he's just coming to check the room which was very strange. Also got an accessibility room for some reason"

"Hotellet ligger dejlig midt i center, så det er nemt at komme til de forskellige seværdigheder. Selve hotellet var jeg ikke imponeret over når man tænker at den skulle have 4 stjerner. Selve hotellet er slidt, og den værelse vi fik var lidt trist at se på. Morgenmaden var okay, men der var vist mangel på personalet fordi der manglede tit kopper til kaffen, tallerkenerne, knive osv. Det virkede som om personalet kunne ikke følge med de antal gæster der var til morgenmad."

"We stayed in hotel for 3 nights, staff were excellent everywhere reception restaurant bar especially Tony and Guiseppe were so nice, we had drinks at bar and they make us feel so welcomed, and talked to us just great.. We already looking for next time when we travel to Italy and stay there … Really recommended"

"The staff was amazing and the property was very nice. We had two issues 1st on expedia it said there was a shuttle to the beach for a charge and that was not true. You could take two city buses over and hour. 2nd there was construction going on so the power went out on tow different occasions. They did warn us but it was 90 degrees."
