"The property is convenient to Eagle Lodge, Chair 15. We have stayed in other units at this property. However, unlike past experiences, this unit charges extra for daily housekeeping service and a separate fee for trash removal. The check-out time is 10:00am. We requested a later check-out 2 days prior to departure but the request was denied. The toiletries were supplied in small paper squeezable packets. There are better options in this price range."

"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. "

"this was a really cute place at a great value. It was close to Eagle as described. upon checking in there was a long rental agreement and extra fees posted on the door for this and that. Well one of us made a joke about the extra fees and that is how they make all of their money. It happened to our group. Accused us of smoking when no one smokes. huge fee. "Very hot we did not get a sleep due to no air conditioning they only have 1 fan , I will not recommend this for people that work so hard and planned a vacation hoping you can get some rest end up become agony for all of us as a family. "This unit was very disappointing. The pictures shows a nice spacious unit. But the reality is an old, small and very tired building and unit. Everything is small and very old and outdated. Small queen bed, old shower abs kitchen. The kitchen however was very well stocked. "

"The rental company switched the property at the last minute and then charged a larger amount. We were traveling at this point and could not cancel. Also note the price is listed without the fees for the property which are Substantial per day, there are no services. Additionally there is a no cancellation policy, blaming this on Covid-19. The property is not worth the money! Everything must be in writing and read carefully. Ie no blankets, this is noted on arrival."
