"Location is amazing, hotel had a great vibe…but it does not seem loved and for me to love it, I gotta know the staff and ownership group loves it. They offer coffee in the mornings near the lobby. The label on the coffee jugs was literally mispelled. The set up was a bit careless and gas station like. Much inferior to the Fairlfield Inn, who offers flavored creamer…in the end, it’s a gorgeous property, nice staff, but felt like zero pride and ownership. Everything seemed a bit not cared...

"It is under renovation on the first floor and once you step out of the hotel, its dirty surrounding but thats NY for ya! Great friendly staff and smooth check-in! We got one of the upgraded rooms and great sq footage for a NY hotel! Very clean rooms. Very quiet overnight! Sub par stay! Would come back! Near subway! Good location to SOHO, Chinatown!"
