"The staff were very helpful. Pam and Ann Marie were great. Right in the heart of Valletta. The breakfast was amazing. In hindsight, too many cappuccinos were ordered 😀. The downside is if you had large luggages that we had, many stairs to reach to the hotel. We found out later that the staff,if notified, would help with luggage….we used this service upon our departure. "

"Staffs were wonderful.. Hazel and crew. Were very nice.. However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. Second room#5 was the best. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells…."

"Really lovely Hotel, our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a list of restaurants and excursions that we could book and the best ways to get around. The breakfast selection was extensive, better than most places I have stayed and you could book the Spa for your personal use for an hour. We had a couple of Spa treatments, which included exclusive use of the Spa for an hour after. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"Yo buscaba un hotel, no un apartamento y en ningún momento informaron que era apartamento. Consecuentemente no cambiaron toallas, ni limpiaron la habitación, ni hicieron la cama. Por otro lado sirven un desayuno que te ha de durar dos días y la cantidad es insuficiente para dos días. El segundo día los croissants y el pan te puedes imaginar cómo están. La leche y el zumo se acabaron el primer día. Cuando llegamos el olor a humedad en la habitación era brutal pero entendemos que es un edificio...
