"The best thing about our stay was seeing the spectacled langurs, from outside our room and also a monitor lizard in the pond, monkeys in the trees and hornbills. It was a pity that the staff used catapults to scare the monkeys and langurs away."

"Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und gut gelegen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben noch gestört.. es wurden immer wieder vergessen neue Handtücher hinzulegen und einmal wurde die Badehose samt Handtücher mitgenommen. Wir haben sie zum Glück wieder bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt."

Nice restaurant (we only really ate one restaurant few minutes from the hotel on the beach called somewhere else was yummy, very affordable and also great view of the beach). We’d definitely stay at Lanta Sand again. "

"We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Railay was laid back and fun to explore. Right next to the walking street which was super convenient. Our suite had great air conditioning, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. There were lots of animals around, from monkeys to monitor lizards to friendly resort cats. Breakfast was delicious every day with many options to choose from, we especially liked the egg station! Would stay here again."

The view from the restaurant, where you also get your breakfast, was a true dream. The old town and the busiest areas of the island are quite far away, so you will have to either take taxis or book a scooter to get around (you can do both of these at the hotel reception). The building is coming of age, so...
