"Paid about $800 dollars for a room, and not be able to check til almost 5:00. Pool is not heated... They won't let you use a luggage cart, you are forced to use their bell hop. There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property. "Yes. But we didn't like no access to the room till 4 pm. If I use the code earlier then you'll be located out. We also had to checkout early by 10 am. Clean the garbage, stripped the linen, wash the dishes despite paying the full price of a hotel. Also we got locked out one night for no reason and there was no front desk person available to help.
