"My Bed comforter had smeared Blood on it, a Bandage was stuck on the Shower wall, sink had clusters of Black Mold along entire side under ridge of sink. Sink was partially blocked up. I had to walk into the Main concierge and let them know three times, not fixed. I found a worker and had him come back to the room and he was shocked and examined Black Mold. He said they would get it all fixed while we were out that day. When I checked out Monday, November 2, the Band-Aid was still on the wall and...

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."
