"Nice experience"

"A low grade place pretending to be upscale. Unhelpful staff, water damaged bathroom, stained carpet, rabit warren layout, seemingly miles walk to my room. An ok butter chicken dinner in the bar."

"The kitchen staff was good but the cleaning was terrible, there was milk left in one of the mugs from the previous customer, hairs in the bath, wet floor in the bathroom, medicine tablet in the bedroom, no cleaning was done at all."

"It was great"

"We arrived quite late in the evening, greeted by a wonderful female staff member Emilie, who checked us in. She was attentive and helpful—even charming—making for a fine start to our stay. Once we reached our room, however, the floor seemed unvacuumed. The bedding was overly starched, with no choice in pillow firmness or softness. "Ample parking, good breakfast, ok but limited evening meals."

"Thanks"

"Very nice stay"

"The hotel is a lovely building, the staff were nice"

"Great location"

"A beautiful hotel, grounds and local amenities"

"Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!"

"Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast. We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

"The hotel was lovely, helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Used the spa twice and in the relaxation room wet towels everywhere and empty cups . I felt that you pay for your relaxation time and it didn’t feel that way."
