"The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. "The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed. Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"The room was lovely and clean. The air con in the room was very much appreciated given the fact it was so hot when we visited! Staff were so lovely and friendly. The grounds and lovely and safe, so our kids could wander around and feel a bit more independent even though we could still see them. Lovely, quiet pool, and the kids loved the peacocks!"

"Nicely located in the centre of Woburn with its own car park. The only issue is you are wedded to your mobile phone is that mobile signal strength is very poor (I’m on EE). But the hotel has free WiFi and Woburn itself is served by fibre optic cables to the premises. "

"I stayed in the Kingsbridge House area of the estate. The room although in a traditional house has everything a traditional hotel room would have from the key for the outside door, and room card key. All facilities top quality - only issue was the shower plug was blocked and flooded the walk in shower area. I reported this and they were keen to rectify."

"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."
