"There were not enough fans on property to accommodate all of the rooms, which is unfortunate and extremely uncomfortable on a warm evening. The windows were open to try and let cool air in which brought bugs into the room. Otherwise, the rooms were generally clean and most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. If you’re a coffee lover, go elsewhere. The town is quite charming as well."

"The Perle Oban is a wonderful small hotel. The rooms are very large and nicely furnished. The included breakfast was good. And, it is very conveniently located just across the street from the train station and in the heart of Oban. I highly recommend it."

"Lovely twin room, very clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen and lounge were well equipped and a great addition.
The staff were helpful and answered any questions I had.
We would stay here again if we visited in future."

"We stayed two nights while hiking in the area as a family of four. Everything worked out well. Rooms are a little dated but clean and had good toiletries available. We ate dinner in the restaurant and breakfast for both mornings. Staff were friendly and food was good."

"We stayed 5 nights at the hotel as part of our Scottish holiday celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.
We couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were super attentive and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious and the room was lovely. The location was fantastic although the weather put paid to any chance we had of sitting in the grounds.
If you get the opportunity to stay at the Glenfinnan House Hotel then do take it. An absolutely wonderful get away location."

"The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service."
