"The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The hotel is just next to main train stations. Breakfast is fantastic and lots of options. Just happened we are assigned on the window under construction, we didnt see anyting at all but still the room is clean and very cozy. "

"Our room was so nice! Large and updated, with a view of the mountains. Don’t judge the hotel by the older lobby, it is a great place to stay in an excellent location. We walked with our luggage to and from the train station in 10min"

"Our stay with 2 young kids was comfortable. We arrived late at night; checkout was easy, and the staff was helpful. Parking was across the street, which is not terrible but can be inconvenient. Breakfast had a variety of options, and the staff was accommodating. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience. "

"The room was clean and nicely sized. There was a huge step to get to the bed. Almost 40cm tall. I don’t think it is safe for most of the people to stay in such room."

"Frühstück war in Ordnung, es fehlen aber Getränke, Joghurt, Müsli etc für Allergiker, zum Beispiel Sojadrink, veganes Joghurt, ev. 100%-iger Ziegenkäse, usw. Der Wellnessbereich wurde in der kurzen Aufenthaltszeit nicht benützt. Die Auswahl der Mittags- und Abendkarte ist nicht sonderlich gut. Es fehlen einfachere Menus, es hat keine Kindermenus, es kann nichts kombiniert werden, die vegane Auswahl ist eine Katastrophe, für diese Hotelkategorie nicht zufriedenstellend."
