"I never leave reviews but this hotel is now my favorite hotel. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"We had a wonderful time, very convenient location an parking; bus station in less than 1 min walk away; you are in Innsbruck city center in less than 30 minutes. Huge rooms, great views, very good breakfast which was unexpected. Thank you guys."

"Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

"Ich kann das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig mit Blick auf die Festung. Schönes Bad mit moderner, grossen Dusche. Es war sehr angenehm warm im Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, sowie Parkplätze draussen (16 und 12 EUR per Nacht im Dez 2025). Der Frühstück war auch ausreichend und in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Wenn wir nächstes Mal in der Nähe sind, kommen bestimmt wieder! "

"Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen.
