"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Pictures looked amazing online and came to something completely different. Paid for an upgraded room. Blinds were broken and thrown on the floor. No way to block people from seeing in the room. Toilet was broken and making pounding noises. Also in a VERY VERY bad area. Homeless people standing on street and in hotel parking lot."

"Was it happy with the place at all? They accused me of smoking in their room and I don't smoke. I have not smoked in over 10 years. I have severe COPD. And they charged me $300, and I'm not happy about it. They said it was because I lit a candle. I had no idea I was not allowed to do that. I've been staying, there's many, many years and I have never been told I was not allowed to light a candle."

I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again"
