"We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at least 6 times. It is clean, comfortable beds and affordable. It is an older hotel but nice. The breakfast was good. Parking convenient. "

"We stayed for three days. The refrigerator in the room was very loud, we couldn’t sleep the first night because of it. We reported to the front desk and informed her that we had stuff that needed to be the fridge. She laughed, which I thought was rude. The maintenance guy came and measured for a new fridge but I was never informed if it was replaced or not, which I don’t think it was because the sound was still very noticeable. Could not get the thermostat set, had to fiddle around and call the...

"The rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My sister needed a handicap room the first room was fully accessible so they changed our room the next day. The manager was delightful and always had a smile on his face. The breakfast had plenty of great choices. I will stay here the next time in Sheridan."
