"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, though not new. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good! There are also some shopping markets within walking distance to get food. The hotel is just one stop from the airport, yet is about 40 minutes by train from the city center. There was a holiday that I was surprised about while I was there, and I did end up having to stay in the city center longer than planned to go back to the hotel by train in the...

"Virtual check in which we had trouble doing. Luckily there was someone there that could help us check in. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. It was nice to have a free area with tables where we can sit and have a drink and socialize because the rooms are so tiny we could barely fit our suitcases in. The curtains didn’t cover the windows so in the land of the midnight sun, it was very bright all night long."

"This is an excellent hotel by all measures. The location is perfect for Trondheim tourism and the music scene. The reception staff could are terrific. They had so many helpful tips for getting around Trondheim and where to eat and drink. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good (and given the prices of restaurants in Norway, a real money saver). My room had a wonderful view of the city. "

"It may be that I was in one of the rooms that has not been updated as my colleague's room was different. Mine had older carpet with stains and the window shades didn't cover the window well, and it was May, so light most of the night. The bathroom and beds were clean, but the carpet was so old in the room that it appeared dirty even if it was clean."
