"Wonderful to be able to book dog-friendly accomodation in the middle of the city. The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in the Grey suite, which may be unsuitable for people with disabilities due to an internal staircase within the room, however it suited our needs brilliantly and I believe other rooms are more accessible. I would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again if I was seeking accommodation in the area."

"Breakfast was great, all 3 of our rooms booked had permanent issues with air conditioning and bathroom extraction where they did not work at all, so there was no air flow in the rooms and was hot all weekend. Maintenance came and reset the fusebox but it failed almost straight away after. We were supplied small fans but not great considering the hotel we thought we were booking. Other than that we had a lovely stay but feel slightly let down with the room circulation."

"A lovely stay. Staff were friendly and receptionist was very helpful and polite. Nice upgrade during our stay made it even more enjoyable. Room was abit dated with a few niggles that need to be updated but that did not affect our stay. Breakfast was buffet but we only realised on our last day that we could request how we wanted our eggs. Would be useful for staff to advise when seating.
