"We are so pleased with our stay at Hotel Milano Castello. Staff, from front desk, housekeeping, food service and the bar were outstsnding. The hotel was clean. It is in a great location to get to all the sites and is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The rooms are decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. My only complaint is there wasn't any facial tissue, i have allergies and it would have been nice to have facial tissue. We would highly recommend...

"smart hotel & student campus in the beautiful residential neighbourhood of Piola. modern rooms, furnished by LAGO. beautiful common spaces (coworking area, dining room) and amazing quiet garden to chill on spring days and summet evenings. unfortunately, on peak season weekends, staff and facilities (ie at breakfast) seem to be overwhelmed . staff is kind and helpful. great public transportation connections."

"The staff were great trying to address each and every needs and concerns we had. The overall cleanliness and amenities were good for the price. The location was wonderful close to the train station and all other means of transportation. Lots of restaurants around. I would recommend it."

"Be aware that this hotel is right beside a tram line that has a tram every 10 minutes from 6 am until midnight. Very noisy so bring earplugs and ask for an inside room if possible. No AC. The breakfast is extra at $15 but has good variety. Room is fairly small but good for a couple for a short stay. No AC if needed."

"Breakfast was excellent. A lovely choice and some hot items too. Room was spotlessly clean. Decor a little tired but that didn’t take away from our stay. Liked the 24hr manned concierge desk as this gave us security as two women travelling alone. Excellent, central location within a few minutes of the main station. Would visit again. "
