"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers....

"Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain areas. "The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station.
