"The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say...

Buffet breakfast was OK. Very limited room amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no bottle water, no coffee/tea, no clock, no power outlet near bedside tables. Garbage can only in bathroom. Bathroom no counter space, no shelf space, no cloth hook - the only hook had be used for garbages and hairdryer. Worn-out...
