"I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. "The houseboat was super cute!! Two bedrooms, (small areas of course, but the full size beds were comfortable!), plus a loft area with a twin mattress. Fridge, range and microwave... we didn't use the oven but it was nice to have available. Pool area was clean, with a saltwater pool. Laundry area if you need it. Boat rentals available. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. Overall it was an amazing stay for our family!"

"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family.
