"The Bad: They charge $19 a day for parking IN THEIR LOT! They also put a $100 a day hold charge on your card per day (you should have it refunded 5-7 business days after you leave...it's in case of incidental issues in your room). Also, I never had Housekeeping ask if we needed anything...towels, soap, beds made - anything. "We booked the comfort suite and had a wonderful stay! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. We walked to everything downtown within minutes, yet had a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The patio had beautiful views of the lake and Perry’s Monument to enjoy our morning coffee."

"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

"This place was the best vacation I have ever had. The condo was roomy and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The outside was excellent. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. The property was right on Lake Erie so was very beautiful especially at sunset. I would definitely love to stay here again!"
