"Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :) Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday. Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!"

"Quirky old building, so, some steep staircases. Unfortunately we arrived whilst they were doing some renovations, so, not everything was available. But the continental breakfast was good the next morning. The rooms were ok, we were lucky to get a river view (for free, if booked in advance that costs extra) quite a small twin room, en suite bathroom.
