All were super happy and welcoming and even offered to put the oven on to do me some chips as I asked if there were any snacks available as been on train since 6pm (which I declined) but was such a nice gesture. "Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious.
