"Excellent position - opposite the beach and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Our room was at the back of the hotel. There were some noisy residents but given the seagulls it wasn’t an issue. We opted for no breakfast so can’t comment on that. The hotel itself was clean and staff friendly. Would stay again. "

"The hotel was excellent for access to local attractions. As it did not offer dinner or breakfast there were several places ranging in price to obtain food very nearby. Staff excellent and friendly ready to help. Bonus for us was we were able to take our dogs. "

"The staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful. My sister and I got stuck without transportation back to the hotel and the staff made sure a taxi came to pick us up. We were greeted each time we entered the reception area and always had cheerful help if we needed it. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay. You are doing a great job! Loved the hot breakfast each morning and the pizza and drinks in the evening. "

"No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. Overall cleanliness wasnt the best but not that bad that we couldnt stay, we didnt take much notice. Only encountered one member of...

"Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. "

"The property was ideally suited for the Railway station and bus services plus a handy Wetherspoons just down the road the room I was in was road facing but not a problem it was nice and compact and a very comfortable bed, the full English breakfast I had was delicious plus facilities the hosts were lovely can’t fault anything I would definitely stay here again. 👍"

"Very convenient and well priced for students. Room came with everything needed for a short stay but i’m sure has all resources needed for a long stay too. Room was slightly on the warm side but it was liveable."
