"Only stayed one night for a medical test at UC Davis for transplant. Asked if I could check into the room earlier an they let me which was great. AC unit work wonderful but wish my mom was in the bed next to it an not me bc I was freezing due to poor circulation from kidney failure. So yes AC works wonderful. I didnt like how the toilet paper was basically against your leg trying to merge with you when sitting on the toilet while it was in its place on the wall. Room was clean, sheets were clean...

"This place is trash. Bad service. Need towels and the front saids dont have the key to open the room service. RIDICULOUS. 3 nights stay and don’t do the room service ( cleaning). Never stay again"

"It requires a lot of maintenance and upgrades! It’s very very old. The room curtains had holes. The ac unit was tagged or graffiti. Roaches at night. Really needs a lot of work and attention. Elevator was not working but staff was able to reset it but very noisy and afraid that it will be stuck! Whoever owns or manages this hotel please!!!! Pay attention and do some work and research to this building."
