"Friendly front desk staff"

"Nice, quiet, easy check-in, close to the airport, and shuttle to the airport. Staff is nice and friendly. Snack machine on 1st floor, but soda machine is on 3rd floor and wasn't working. Weird but not a big deal though. "

"I couldn't determine whether this facility was just particularly renovated or only part of a rundown motel was being used. The clerk was courteous and the room was clean. BUT my non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoking and the bed cover was full of cigarette burn holes.The a/c unit was very noisy and it took all night to cool the room. I barely slept because of the noise and cigarette smell. The little microwave light was stuck on. I never used it but the light wouldn't turn off with the...

"Erica was amazing!! She made everyone feel like they were her top priority, no matter what time of night, and her smile never wavered. She is a gem!! After a long day of driving in a giant UHaul on our way from PA to Florida, her customer service was exactly what we needed. Also, the hotel was very clean, not a bug in sight, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good layout for the room, plenty of lighting, not outdated, will highly recommend - Sunshine (“Lola”) and Lee"
