"Hotel needs many up dates and repairs. You could not go through the front door because it was having problems so you went through a side door. The pool could not be used because the heater had broken. Phone did not work in the room. Room smells a little musty. "

He even changed to another room at my request. Was also very helpful with dinner suggestions even pulling up menus to show me."
