"Pros: Location and price were great. The bed was comfortable. Floors in rooms were NOT carpeted. Cons: Carpets on stairs very old and appeared dirty Air Conditioning was a window unit over the head of the bed, worked ok but not great Bathroom window did not lock and being on 2nd floor, that did not feel safe Toilet did not flush, opened tank and it was a brand new toilet , so that was a major problem, had to manually connect the chain any time I wanted to flush .
