Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky.
