"Cheap for Tahoe but expensive for the quality. Rooms were cozy but walls were thin and water lukewarm. Check in was easy, parking sufficient, and the area seemed secure. Bring earplugs and remind yourself it's the cheapest motel on the north side of the lake and you'll be happy."

"We loved our stay for a nice weekend getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable. The listing was accurate and communication was simple to check in and out. Backyard is small, but nice that it's fenced in for our pup. Very convenient location, but if you're walking back from town, expect a little cardio workout to get up the hill. "

"The location is good just 10 min away from alpine meadows. It is a beautiful view of the river from the room. The room was smaller than it looked in the picture and bathroom was outdated but all functional and rustic feeling to it. I have no complain for good price I paid. Grab and go breakfast was really good and highly appreciated it before hitting the slopes. We dined at the restaurant too. It was a good experience."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The entire family (and our dog Mimi) enjoyed the condo and well-equipped kitchen, baking cookies after a day of skiing. Communication was great with the owner and she even went the extra mile when our daughter left her teddy bear behind. Thank you! "

"Great place to stay at in North Lake Tahoe, appreciated all the amenities and location is prime - driving distance near a lot of the Tahoe hot spots on our vacation list. Two of the bathrooms did have showers that had counterintuitive water temperature dialing, if that makes sense (usually the further “on” you turn the faucet, the warmer the water gets, but that wasn’t the case with two of the showers), but that is a very minor hiccup in an otherwise great stay!"

We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill.
