"The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! "Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"It was very difficult to find the hotel because there was any signage of hotel in the village. We spent 40 mins. to find the hotel. The heating system was poor but staff was kind and the room and facilities were very nice."
