"Staff friendly but property not good."

"It was ok. This room was not featured at all in the pictures, the only ones you see are the one with real balconies. There was hot water but was dripping, no pressure whatsoever. The second night, the electricity was off because apparently they weren’t equipped to power the entire property."

He charged us for the stay, and unwisely, we went ahead and paid — assuming that we would get a refund from Expedia. That was about a week ago.
