"Bed was great- 5 stars. Facility seemed old and wore out. No closet! Being on ground level, I expect curtains that close and block all view. Sheers in the middle are ok. No expectation of privacy with those blinds. Airport shuttle…..driver was inexperienced with assistance for elder. One gentleman tried several times to step up to get in. While attempting to step out, I fell to the sidewalk and played there…driver was no were to help or even question if I was ok…not impressed….thanks for asking "

"Room is marketed as “soundproof”, but you can hear every little thing happening in the hallway and the rooms around you. Requested an extra blanket sent to the room, staff said I have to come get it myself. Not the most clean, lots of spots and strange things on the floor and walls… if it weren’t so price-friendly, I would’ve given lower ratings"
