"We stayed for a two night break over the weekend of the Folk Music Festival. Lots of good points. Great location, large clean room, staff very efficient and easy to deal with, excellent continental breakfast for just £4.95 each. Good also that bar open in the evening with reasonable prices. There was a lift from reception to just outside our room. The room had a lovely sea view but only when standing up by the quite high level window. "It was really modern and clean inside; shared kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, and free tea and coffee, which was great. Our room was quite hot as it was on the top floor, but when we asked, they brought up a fan, which was great and solved the problem. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach with bar and restaurants very close by."

"The four legged Consierge, Floyd was adorable. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is elevator access but it’s best suited for standing. The hallways are too narrow and twisted for a wheelchair and you must be able to walk a few steps to the toilets "
