The door locks were broken and according to maintenance "that happens all the time" we were locked out of our room and it took 40 minutes for maintenance to arrive so we could retrieve our luggage. We left that place without staying one night! We found Paddletail hotel and had a terrifi. Time. Plenty of activities and amenities."
