"Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the transportation to the metro station was a very nice service to have to get to DC during the 4th of July festivities."

"The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would. Please don't stay!!"

"The door let a lot of light and noise from the corridor into the room. I was woken up by talking or getting ice from the ice machine several times during my stay."

"Their shuttle services to and from the airport were horrible. We were stuck in a very strong thunderstorm for 45 min, the driver showed up late, when he did get there my husband waved at him to let him know we were coming, bent down to grab his luggage, looked up and the driver was gone. Thankfully another hotel shuttle was kind enough to take us to ours. I called the front desk to schedule a ride for the following morning, got out there right at the time discussed only to find out they left...
