"Traveled with my family. First day, we checked in, the microwave was filthy smelly with milk. I brought it to the attention of the reception, they did nothing to correct it. The beds aren’t comfortable. We was supposed to spend two nights but we checked out the next day. Bad experience."

"There was plenty of parking, and the room smelled nice when we arrived. The TV worked great, and everything was spotless. The building is a bit of a maze, but we managed to find our food, and everything turned out just as we needed. The bed sheets were fresh and clean, and the breakfast was even better than we expected."

It was a budget hotel stay and we had our expectations set for that budget mindset. Our room never really was cleaned.
