"The staff was atrocious."

"I love the home feel. It’s a family owned business and we loved the quiet, clean, well- maintained surroundings. We will definitely stay again! The price is very reasonable too! Convenient to food, groceries, gas, shopping. Bathroom is spacious, no carpet a big plus!!! Very very clean, small fridge, and microwave. Had a nice taco truck just feet away, very delicious authentic food. Everything worked well, no issues at all! Very nice and courteous staff. Love the snacks! Outside very well...

"I LOVEEE that this property doesn’t have an incidental hold, as do many hotels in the area. The staff was not only knowledgeable, but super polite and well mannered. The property itself is well maintained, the breakfast is amazing, and the parking is GREAT. I will 100% be staying here again, I’m very satisfied with the value of this hotel."

"Overall, we felt like this hotel was a good value for the money. The location was very convenient, about 10 minutes from downtown, with an H-E-B not far from the hotel. The neighborhood is still developing and a little rough around the edges, but we felt safe during our stay. The room itself was nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were on the train-track side of the building, so we did hear trains coming through during the day, but thankfully it wasn’t an issue at night....

"The room they gave us was only partially cleaned. It appeared as though the housekeeper started cleaning, left and forgot to go back and finish. The beds were made but the kitchen sink and the entire bathroom were not cleaned. Staff members were pleasant but not all were helpful. I would consider staying at another LivAway location but definitely not at this one again."

"Repetitive breakfast Great AC Room was good but in 5 nights no one replaced toilettries. It was quiet and room 126 got pitch black. That was the highlight of it."
