"1. We had to walk all the way to Hotel Indio after parking the car to check in which was inconvenient , as my 81 year old FIL was with us.
2. Car parking charged were too high ($50).
3. There should be a drop box for room keys in the parking area. It is highly inconvenient to come
to the front desk in the crowded downtown area just to return the key/s."

"The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours."

"This is a good hotel for like a one to two night stay. The Staff was very friendly! The rooms (specifically the beds) were made up nice but the Bathroom could’ve used a little love. The floors were clean but the smell was sorta unpleasant. Overall 7/10 stay."

"It was horrible no coffee machine in room no fridge no microwave slippery floor condensation in the room was horrible everything wet clothes floors smelled like mildew not even room spray helped and they never made tge beds or put clean towels I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!"
