"GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming...

"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

"Trevligt hotell med stort fint rum och skön säng. Liten balkong med fin utsikt. Mitt i stan, så en del buller från trafik och folk . Störde dock inte oss nämnvärt. Nära till allt. "

"It was a great location, our room was spacious and clean with a king-size bed and the view from the window was gorgeous. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Our only negative was that there's no lift."

"Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Spent plenty of time to explain the area, sights, and activities. Walked us to our room to make sure it was good and it was perfect. Large room and great parking. Very near public transportation if you don’t feel like driving and parking in town. "

"Alles war schön sauber und gepflegt. Kommunikation lief ganz gut auch über die App. Leider keine Rezeption. Trotzdem schneller Check in und sogar früher als angegeben war kein Problem. Einziges Manko, weswegen wir nur 4 Sterne geben, ist die Situation mit unserem Balkon, den wir uns leider mit den Nachbarn teilen mussten und die theoretisch in unser Zimmer gucken konnten. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, da die Lage auch sehr gut ist."

"The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"Een prima hotel. Mooie ruime kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was enorm uitgebreid. Het personeel is wat afstandelijk maar als je zelf iets zegt komen ze wel 'los'. Wat voor mij ontbrak was informatie over de skibus, wanneer deze rijdt. Fijn om de ski's/snowboard te kunnen stallen."
