"I stayed here in 2025 and I must say that I saw a huge improvement across the board at Hostel 165. It seems like some renovations may have been done. The staff were quite attentive and regularly cleaned the bathrooms, restocking toilet paper etc. There’s no longer a stove in the kitchen so there’s a lot less activity in a small area. The fridges are still overflowing and need to be cleaned down. Overall, I do recommend that Hostel 165 is a good option when staying in this area of Madrid."

"Basic but clean room. Beds are comfortable."

"Todo bien"

"Fantastic hotel for one traveler. Felt cozy, modern, and very, very convenient to the Metro. I was downtown in 15 minutes tops, and only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The rooftop was gorgeous. I will be back!"

"The hotel is new and in good condition, but the amenities are quite basic. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small for two people with no space to leave a big luggage open, making the stay uncomfortable. The the room can feel warm at times due to the air conditioner. Unfortunately, because of the overall lack of comfort, I would not stay here again."
