"We enjoyed this stay. Overall a great motel and the location is perfect! The only negative is the last night of our stay our neighbors decided to blast loud music until 3am and were so disrespectfully loud. The walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors."

"Super clean and comfortable, modern with Santa Barbara style! Good coffee all day and a decent small breakfast assortment in the morning. The location can't be beat, it's about a block to the harbor and a super short walk to the pier or State St for shopping and about any restaurant that could want. We will most certainly stay here when we come back to Santa Barbara!"

"We had a wonderful stay. We were so surprised at how well appointed it was! We booked at last minute but we will come back many times!!! We were impressed with all of the amenities! One item of distress was that the on line booking jumped by $80 so we called and woman said that the fee was correct. So we tried another service who offered for less so we booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly owner!!"

"This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...

"Aaron at Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. He gave me an orientation of the area and that was extremely helpful. The room was sub par. The room was adjacent to the roof and the windows were half the size comparing to other rooms in the same row, and the windows were hazy with buildups. The hazy windows and wood blinds made the room dim. Also, the carpet looked old and warn out, and looked different than the photo. Probably some rooms have been renovated and this room wasn’t? The room...

"Room was clean, but walls are very thin. No one is actually on property from 9pm-8pm. As a hotel no real big complaints aside from that. Fine place to stay."

"General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing."

"Loved The Milo hotel. Would’ve been great to have more time to enjoy this place. We were in ground floor unit which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the people staying upstairs must’ve been a family of elephants who didn’t like sleeping. The stomped around all night at odd hours which kept us awake. When asked how our stay was at check out, I joked about the unfortunate neighbour noise. The staff member didn’t even offer a laugh, let alone an apology. A disappointing end to an otherwise...
