"The room was fine, however there is no breakfast and there is no cafe nearby. After 10pm when I arrived there was nothing open within one km radius from the property. Frankly it is too expensive for a junior suite style room without any hotel facilities whatsoever."

"Very good value, with amazing staff that are genuinely concerned about you having a good stay. Breakfast is worth getting. It is not in the heart of the city which doesn’t suit everyone. It is a 12 minute walk to the free ferry which runs every 5 minutes to get you to the Central Station. From there you can get anywhere on public transit. We’d happily stay there again, enjoying a coffee or drink by the canal."

"We were promised a ride to the cruise port. My husband and I are elderly and I walk slowly with a cane. The hotel shuttle driver did not pick us up at the front door and we had to walk around the building to catch his shuttle. I had to ask him to help me lift my bag. He was very surly and dropped us off a half mile from the ferry to get to the cruise with all our luggage. It was like pulling teeth for him to tell us where to catch ferry . He could have easily driven another few blocks closer...

"Stayed in the “B” for a week. Very cool to have such a big space and all of the top deck of the boat. There was fake aircon in the room so it got stuffy with the bed high up in the 3rd floor mezzanine at night and no windows can be opened. I would also note that it is a set of ladder steps up to the bed that is not suitable for older people or young children. There is also no couch or lounge chairs in the unit despite there being ample space so sitting on cushions on the floor was not...
