"The hotel’s location is fantastic! So close to Westlake and the shopping malls, all within walking distance. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Wished the opening hours of the pool was earlier and not 11.30am. "

"Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. "Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. "
