"It was magical and the views were amazing.
The room was big and extremely clean.
The staff members were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door everyone was very helpful.
Lounge 32 was amazing in everyway possible.
It was my partners birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake and card which was a lovely touch.
We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back."

"Beautiful property, inside and out, staff are great! Pool is nice but packed with kids unless early in morning and water quality was a little off. Also just know (7/14/26) there is serious construction going on next to this hotel. Front desk said work/noise was 9 am to 5 pm but in reality it’s 7 am to 7 pm, even some digging on sunday. We were out most of the time so no matter, did not bother us even when we were there but ask to be on other side of hotel if noise affects you. Very much...

"Overall it's ok, if it’s just one person and ur not expecting a restaurant attached. Rooms are small and the generous sized bed takes up 80% of the room. The bed is pressed against the wall( so if u got company they have to jump over u).
Very limited food options.Expect to go else where if ur hungry.
Other than that. Beds clean, comfy, staff are good , its very central to everything (on top of Wynyard station) and oddly very quiet. great for a night any longer would be a stretch"

"Wonderful Hotel with lovely views. Levi who checked us in was super nice and really helpful, we received a delicious cake sent up to our room which was a wonderful surprise 😄
The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. There was alot to choose from for breakfast and the fruit was nice and fresh too. We had a wonderful stay."
