I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card.
