"Great place, just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement in Shibuya. Very modern and spacious for the 5 of us. They provided all the supplies like dishes, utensils and pans if we wanted to stay in and cook. Also, bathroom toiletries and detergent for the washer and dryer. There's a Seven Eleven just downstairs if we needed anything, but also less than a 1 min walk to a Family Mart of Lawsons. "Perfect hotel to stay in a great location right in the centre of Shibuya. The restaurant and bar are lovely and rooms nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s our second stay at this hotel & I’d stay again. It is worth upgrading from the standard room if you can for the extra space."

"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted."

"Staff are nice, free beer is awesome, amenities are good OTHER than my capsule, which broke twice during my stay. The controls stopped working and needed the staff to reset them. The second time it broke was when I was leaving in the morning, which made gathering my stuff/getting dressed/leaving a bit stressful. Fix the pods and it’s 5/5"

"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."
