"This hotel seems very new. The cleanliness was top notch. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had many various options with real ceramic plates and coffee cups and real glasses for juice and water. The parking price is steep: $30 a night and really no other parking options are available."

"Wonderful stay! We arrived early, around 11:30am. Bianca checked us in & put us on the waitlist for our room. She stored our luggage while we walked over to Pike’s Place Market. They texted us before 2pm to let us know that our room was ready. When we got back to the hotel, our luggage had already been dropped off in our room. Room was nice with a small kitchenette that included a microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, & snacks. They also booked us a shuttle for $10 a person to the cruise...

"The location was great for the Clipper, and was an easy 40 minute walk to the ball park. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, food was good. Not a lot of road noise, the train went by regularly but it wasnt bothersome. A cool iconic hotel."

"This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure."

"Loved our stay. The only downside was my daughter found a sock in our room that didn’t belong to any of us so assuming it was the previous guest. I think she found it under the desk/in the drapes so maybe difficult for housekeepers to see. Another downside was the wait at reception!!! My husband was in line for 25 minutes. Waiting in line (especially with kids who are tired) didn’t feel great. Everything else was amazing!"

"The property was in great location. While we were staying there, we had two of our scheduled tours gotten canceled. As we were heading out to find something to do, we stopped by the concierge desk. We spoke to Jennifer C. She booked us a whale watching tour and that saved our trip. She gave us exact directions on which transportation to use. She was very helpful and on how the trip when the next day. Great customer service.."

"The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning."
