"Excellent"

"Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around."

"房间干净 服务态度很好 早餐也很不错 非常喜欢一楼大厅工一面墙的绘画 以及庭院 可以称为我最喜欢的酒店之一 ❤️"

"Great location, great staff, good view of Tokyo if you're lucky. I was amazed when we checked out. We asked where we could catch the airport bus. We had large suitcases and cumbersome bags. They said take a taxi to a nearby hotel and wait for the bus there, so much easier than struggling to the stop at the confusing Shiboya Station. And then they paid for the taxi! Small gestures like that mean a lot to us. I recommend this hotel highly."

"This Hotel is a Gem! The location is perfect, close enough to hop on and off the train but also taken just outside of all the hustle and bustle. The amenities were phenomenal and the staff can’t be compared to any other."

"Great place, Amazing breakfast. Poor gym."

"Washing and Drying machine in the room"

"Very close to shopping area. Very clean room, and very accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late! Highly recommended"

"Great place!"

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"I loved the stayed and the staff, and the pod was great, no complaints."

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured."

"The rooms are fairly standard in size for Tokyo, but they're clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"
